You will own and grow the social media presence of 10x Impact Labs and ChatMnE while supporting the creation of high-quality knowledge content for the social sector.

This is not a “post and forget” role. It is about building a strong voice, an engaged community, and meaningful content that people genuinely interact with.

For us, content is not just marketing — it is how we build credibility, share learning, and influence how the sector evolves. You will play an important role in shaping that voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn (Primary Platform)

Manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of 10x Impact Labs and ChatMnE. Plan and execute a consistent content calendar with 5+ posts per week, scaling to daily content over time. Identify and research relevant topics such as AI for NGOs, MEL, project learnings, tools, and sector insights. Research, write, and structure high-quality and value-driven posts. Design clean and engaging creatives using Canva or Figma. Publish content, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize strategy. Actively engage with the ecosystem through comments, replies, and conversations.

• Support Knowledge & Content Creation

Help convert internal insights into structured and useful content formats, including articles, blogs, toolkits, and case studies. Collaborate with the team to transform complex or unstructured ideas into clear and impactful communication. Support writing, editing, and publishing content across different platforms.
