We're Hiring: F&B Operations Manager (Pan India)

Are you a hands-on F&B leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments? We're looking for an F&B Manager / Operations Manager to take ownership of training, SOPs, audits, sales, and multi-city operations for our premium QSR brand.

About the Role

As our F&B Ops Manager, you'll be the backbone of how our gelato outlets run — from how a latte is pulled to how a new city launch is executed, and how each outlet hits its numbers. You'll build the playbook, train the teams, audit the standards, drive sales, and scale the operation across India.

What You'll Do

• Design and roll out SOPs and training programs across all product categories — coffee, beverages, ice cream, and food
• Personally train baristas, store teams, and managers on product knowledge, technique, and consistency
• Audit outlets pan-India to ensure brand, product, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
• Own outlet-level sales — set targets, track performance, and drive top-line growth across all stores
• Identify levers to grow AOV, footfall, repeat customers, and conversion at every outlet
• Manage QSR outlets across multiple cities — remotely and through on-ground teams
• Drive operational excellence using Petpooja for billing, inventory, sales reporting, and analytics
• Partner with the leadership team to scale outlets, open new cities, and build repeatable systems
• Lead, mentor, and grow store-level managers and operations leads to consistently hit sales and ops goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience, preferably in a startup, F&B startup, or QSR startup
• Prefer past experience in ice creams/ gelato
• Trained barista with hands-on coffee expertise (non-negotiable)
• Experience in ice cream and/or QSR operations
• Proven track record of working in premium F&B brands at scale
• Strong sales orientation — comfortable owning numbers, reading P&Ls, and pushing outlets to hit targets
• Strong grasp of hospitality fundamentals — guest experience, service standards, hygiene, and SOPs
• Hands-on experience with Petpooja (POS, inventory, sales reports)
• Demonstrated ability to scale restaurants/QSRs and open new outlets/cities
• Comfortable working remotely while managing teams across multiple cities
• A natural leader and people manager — someone who can coach, hold the bar high, drive numbers, and build culture on the floor
