As part of our Early Career Traineeship, we are looking for a Data Science and Analytics Trainee to join the Cordant analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in engineering and be prepared to apply analytics, physics-based modelling, and digital tools to practical challenges. Fuel your passion Responsibilities Understand problem statements to identify analytics solutions. Perform exploratory analysis on large datasets. Research, prototype, implement, and validate solutions. Receive mentorship from experienced professionals. Show willingness to learn domain knowledge. Complete assigned tasks efficiently. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, work with engineering to integrate analytics into workflows. Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards. To be successful in this traineeship you will: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, AI/ML, computer science, or a related field from an accredited university Graduated within the past 24 months Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) Fluent in English, with strong communication skills Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
