Our client, a leading organization within a highly regulated industry, is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel for a 3–6 month contract with the potential for extension. Reporting to the GC and collaborating closely with key business stakeholders, this role offers the opportunity to provide end‑to‑end legal and corporate affairs support across a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Requirements: Legal foundation in corporate and commercial law or financial services
- Manage contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance matters.
- Experience within financial services or other regulated sectors preferred.
