Our client, a growing private company with a real estate and investment arm is seeking an In-House Lawyer to manage and oversee the legal aspects of high-volume residential real estate and mortgage transactions. This role is responsible for end-to-end transaction management, including reviewing mortgage commitments and loan documentation, supervising title searches, resolving title issues, and coordinating closing logistics with borrowers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fundings. The successful candidate will have a wonderful work life balance, a competitive compensation package and a ton of flexibility.
