Role Summary : We are looking for a strategic and business-driven Media Director to lead digital media planning, campaign strategy, client partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to align media strategies with business and brand objectives. Ideal Experience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead annual digital media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives. - Translate strategic goals into execution plans with defined initiatives, timelines,budgets, and KPIs. - Lead media planning, campaign execution, and optimization across digital platforms. - Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new media opportunities. - Oversee resource allocation, utilization planning, and operational workflows across teams. - Manage client relationships through regular strategic discussions, reviews, and business planning meetings. - Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority campaign and client concerns. - Monitor financial trackers, billing targets, profitability, and campaign ROI metrics. - Implement quality control measures and improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with brand goals. - Stay updated on digital media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness. - Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing media teams while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Must-Have Skills: - Strong expertise in digital media strategy, planning, and campaign management. - Proficiency in platforms and tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta, Sizmek, - MOAT IAS, and media research tools. - Strong analytical, reporting, and business planning capabilities. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Ability to align media strategies with business objectives and growth opportunities. Good to Have: - Google and Facebook Blueprint certifications. - Experience working with luxury, fashion, jewellery, or premium lifestyle brands. - Strong understanding of media automation and advanced reporting systems. - Experience managing large-scale digital budgets and multi-channel campaigns. - Knowledge of consumer insights, audience planning, and market research tools.
