Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist specializing in Google Ads & Meta Ads, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize paid campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance ROI across various digital channels. You will be expected to strategize, execute, and refine campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Generate high-quality leads and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to improve ROI / ROAS
  • Implement full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager
  • Work on audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to develop compelling ad creatives

Qualifications Required:

  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
  • Ability to analyze data and enhance campaign performance

Additional Details:

The company is seeking an individual with experience in real estate or e-commerce campaigns, familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Programmatic (DV360), and knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
