Job Description
Every morning, millions of people lace up their shoes, step outside, and press "start."
They trust that the data on their wrist is accurate—that their effort is recorded and their progress matters.
At Zepp Health, we build the technology behind that trust. Our devices and platforms power a global ecosystem of athletes, runners, and fitness enthusiasts.
But great products don’t exist in isolation. They connect to apps, services, and developer ecosystems around the world.
Those connections are built through software—and that's where you come in.
About This Role
As a Software Engineer on the Connected Partnerships team, you will help build and support the platform that allows external partners to integrate with Zepp Health.
This role is
primarily backend-focused
, but you may also work on simple internal tools or web interfaces when needed. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers while gradually taking ownership of features and services.
You’ll also work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to help support partner integrations and customer-facing tools.
What You’ll Do
You will
- Contribute to backend services and APIs for partner integrations
- Help build and maintain internal tools or lightweight web apps
- Support integration onboarding and troubleshoot partner issues
- Improve API reliability and usability with guidance from senior engineers
- Collaborate with product, platform, and cross-functional teams
- Assist in building tools to support sales and marketing initiatives
Technical Background
We don’t expect you to know everything—experience in some of the following is helpful:
- Backend development (Java/Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
- REST APIs and basic web services
- Familiarity with cloud environments or scalable systems (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of API authentication (e.g., OAuth) is a plus
- Some exposure to frontend or full-stack development is helpful, but not required
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of software engineering experience
(internships or strong projects count)
- Solid foundation in backend development (Java preferred, but not required)
- Interest in building APIs and working on integration platforms
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Good problem-solving skills and clear communication
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS platforms or integrations
- Interest in fitness, wearables, or health tech
Why This Role The integrations you build will power real products used by people who
run, train, hike, and compete
every day.
If you want to work on technology that connects platforms, enables developers, and supports a global fitness ecosystem, this role offers the chance to make that impact.
