MDM SME – Endpoint & Mobility Management
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, transform, and transition enterprise endpoint management solutions across both mobile and desktop environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, including Microsoft technologies and various third-party device management tools. This role requires hands-on experience in enterprise mobility architecture, device lifecycle management, security compliance, automation, and the large-scale deployment of endpoint management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Design and implement Enterprise Mobility and Endpoint Management solutions.
- Deploy and configure MDM/MAM policies for mobile devices, tablets, and laptops.
- Implement zero-touch device provisioning using Autopilot and enterprise mobility platforms.
- Core Concept and understanding of Samsung Knox is mandatory as mentioned above.
- Knowledge on Active Directory or Azure AD, Roles, Permissions and Group Policy
- Knowledge of Samsung Knox/ManageEngine Endpoint Central, mobile device management, mobile application management.
- Integrate endpoint management platforms with identity and security solutions.
Transformation & Modern Workplace
- Lead endpoint modernization initiatives including migration from legacy device management systems to modern cloud-based management.
- Drive Windows device transformation from SCCM to Intune co-management or cloud-native management.
- Develop and implement mobile-first and cloud-first workplace strategies.
- Support enterprise digital workplace transformation programs.
Transition & Service Integration
- Lead knowledge transition from implementation to operations teams.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Support ITIL-based service transition and operational readiness.
- Provide L3 support and escalation handling.
Endpoint Security & Compliance
- Implement device compliance policies and security baselines.
- Configure conditional access and posture checks.
- Ensure endpoint devices comply with enterprise security policies and regulatory standards.
- Explain different types of enrollments in iOS, Android or windows device.
Automation & Optimization
- Automate device provisioning, application deployment, and patch management.
- Improve endpoint management efficiency through automation and scripting.
- Optimize endpoint performance and security posture.

Experience Requirements
- 10–15+ years in IT infrastructure and endpoint management.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise MDM/UEM platforms.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise endpoint deployments (10,000+ devices).
- Proven experience in implementation, transformation, and transition projects.
- Experience working with global enterprise environments.
