• As a Systems Architect in the Global Architecture team, you’re at the core of one of the largest services in our global organization. As part of a small group of technology experts, you will identify, recommend, and implement innovative
• solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand and protect our core server and systems supporting multiple large services and all our associates, worldwide.
• Essential duties and responsibilities:
• As the Systems Architect, you will identify, recommend, and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand, and protect our Core Infrastructure solutions, supporting multiple large services and all our associates, worldwide. Your experience in the IT Infrastructure industry will allow you to support migrations, integrations, and improvement projects, related to our Core Infrastructure Services to support the growth of our businesses through, for example, mergers and acquisitions, Infrastructure modernization and maturity etc.

In this role you have the opportunity to:

• Design, build, grow, automate, and continuously improve our Core Infrastructure Services through self-learning, training, collaboration with other industry experts and understanding and translating the need of our customers.
• Secure our Core Infrastructure Services to continuously protect our customers, businesses, and brands. You will work closely with our Information Security team to validate policy, configuration and identify new threats.
• Collaborate with a large internal IT group and lead or help others to solve complex problems.
• Lead migrations and integrations into the Core Infrastructure related services.
• Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation, and site visits
• Relationships:
• Maintaining a good relationship with our global IT teams is key to your success. In your role you will need to be able to communicate with people at all levels in the organization and work with several of our suppliers and partners.
• Must Have’s:
• You have at least 12+ years overall hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects. Extensive experience in enterprise operations where teamwork, communication, process and monitoring are key elements to success. You have a proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team. Learning is something you continuously like to do, you can work independently and make decisions with mínimal supervision while playing a key role in a global, virtual team. It is in your nature to deliver secure and reliable systems and services. Excellent English communication skills are required.
• You have worked with and operated Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager (SCCM and Intune ), Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, DNS for more than 5 years.
• You have the basic networking knowledge required to support the enterprise level infrastructure.
• You have been supporting and operating secure and expanding Microsoft Azure IaaS environments for more than 3 years.
• You have more than 3 years of experience of managing and supporting VMWARE environment
• Awareness about infrastructure monitoring tools and working in an infrastructure team supporting a large global company.
• ITIL and AWS awareness for supporting global customers.

Education and/or Experience:

• Supporting Terraform infrastructure as code implementations.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements.
• Highly collaborative, successful in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
• Detail and results oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English.
