Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting global onboarding and learning initiatives as an Analyst, P&C Operations (Learning & Development) at Zelis. Collaborating with various teams, you will combine administrative excellence with analytical capabilities to deliver impactful learning experiences and drive continuous improvement. Your role will involve partnering with global and regional teams to ensure effective delivery of L&D initiatives, supporting logistics for L&D sessions, monitoring training activities, analyzing data on existing programs, and supporting administration of assessments and surveys. Additionally, you will be expected to recommend process improvements, maintain internal SOPs, and collaborate with peers on shared projects.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of L&D initiatives.
- Support logistics for L&D sessions including scheduling, calendar invites, participant communications, and session production.
- Monitor and support activities to maintain accurate records of training assignments, completions, and feedback.
- Analyze data on existing programs and support communications and follow-up activities.
- Administer various assessments and surveys.
- Support requests for onboarding and learning program data analysis.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Generate and maintain internal SOPs for process documentation.
- Collaborate with peers and team members on shared projects.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, onboarding, or HR operations.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, virtual facilitation tools, and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with digital badging platforms is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement and problem-solving within HR environments.
- Prior experience supporting global or multi-national environments preferred.
Please note that occasional schedule changes outside standard business hours may be required to support global programs. You are expected to work primarily in the Zelis-India office regularly (4 days a week) with shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
