RookUp manages a germn recruiting platform used by employers across the DACH market since 2018. We are now integrating AI step by step, the team is growing, and we need someone who owns recruiting end to end. You will be the person who finds, screens, and closes the candidates that build our product, sell it, and run our operations.
This is not a coordination role. You are the recruiter. You source candidates, you run interviews, you manage the process, you close the hire. The roles you fill will span everything the company needs — engineering, customer support, data entry, design, sales, operations, finance, and eventually management positions as we scale. Tech hiring will be a significant part of your work, but you recruit across all functions.
What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire pipeline from sourcing to offer. Write job descriptions, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close hires.
- Hire Across All Functions: Engineers, designers, customer support, data entry, sales, operations, finance — whatever the company needs next. Tech roles will be a core part of your work, but you cover the full spectrum.
- Build Every Department: As we grow, new functions need to be staffed — customer support, design, data entry, backend, frontend, management. You are the person who makes that happen.
- Proactive Sourcing: You don’t just post jobs and wait. You actively source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and wherever the right people are. Passive candidates are fair game.
- Process & Pipeline: Build and maintain a structured hiring process. Track candidates, measure time-to-hire, and ensure a professional candidate experience at every stage.
Who You Are
- Proven Recruiter with Tech Experience: You have hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions — software engineers, DevOps, data/AI roles. You know what a strong technical profile looks like. Experience hiring across non-tech functions is equally valuable.
- 3+ Years in Talent Acquisition: You have done this before. You have built pipelines, closed senior hires, and dealt with candidates who ghost, counter-offer, or change their mind at the last minute.
- International Exposure (Nice to Have): Experience recruiting for international clients at a service company, or direct experience at an international product company. You understand how global teams think about hiring.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent English is a must. You can write compelling outreach messages, run structured interviews, and represent RookUp professionally to every candidate.
- Self-Driven: You will be the first dedicated recruiter in the company. There is no TA team to lean on. You define the process, you set the standards, you deliver the results.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
