Job Description
As an Associate Manager Client Success at VDO.AI, your role involves:
- Managing relationships with clients and focusing on the continuous growth of client accounts
- Establishing new partnerships and optimizing revenue streams for existing client portfolios
- Analyzing daily trends to make suggestions on scaling client accounts
- Supporting the Business Development team and Sales Manager in continuous sales efforts
- Collaborating with AdOps, Product, and Integration teams internally to meet client needs
- Acting as a key point of contact for company management
- Leading monthly business reviews internally
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BD/Client Servicing/Account Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- A quick learner with a curious mindset
- A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong drive to succeed
