Job Description
The IT Project Coordinator supports IT project managers in planning, executing, and tracking technology projects. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end coordination of IT projects and initiatives
Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and action items
Assist with project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes
Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Support infrastructure and system-related projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations, integrations)
Monitor procurement, hardware/software provisioning, and vendor compliance
Follow SDLC and internal project governance methodologies
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with project stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of IT projects, systems, and infrastructure concepts
Familiarity with SDLC or project delivery frameworks
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); project tools a plus
Nice to Have
Exposure to infrastructure, networking, data center, or email/messaging projects
Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams
