We are seeking an experienced

• *Data Analytics & Platform Support Engineer**

with strong expertise in SQL, data platforms, and monitoring tools. The role involves supporting analytics systems, building dashboards, ensuring data reliability, and maintaining operational stability across data pipelines and analytics environments.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Build and maintain dashboards, complex queries, and data models using
• *Scuba Analytics**

or similar analytics platforms.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, including window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Automate routine tasks and workflows using
• *Python or Shell scripting**

.

• Monitor system health and performance using tools such as
• *Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, or CloudWatch**

.

• Support and troubleshoot data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and schema-related issues.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with
• *ITSM best practices**

and defined SLAs.

• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with PII policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to resolve issues and improve platform reliability.
• *Required Skills**
• Strong SQL expertise and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as
• *Scuba Analytics**
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as
• *Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions**
• Familiarity with data pipelines, schema design, and data quality frameworks
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem management)
• *Nice to Have**
• Experience with cloud platforms such as
• *Azure, AWS, or GCP**

• Exposure to data warehouses like
• *Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift**
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as

• Experience with SRE or DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
• *Qualifications**

of experience in analytics platforms, data products, or application support

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
