Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-focused) to build and scale a Supply Chain Planning SaaS platform. You will design high-performance backend systems that power purchase orders, inventory transfers, and replenishment decisions using large-scale data and optimization logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services for PO/TO planning and inventory optimization
- Design APIs and systems for real-time + batch decision pipelines
- Work with Product, Ops, and Data Science teams on planning workflows
- Improve performance, reliability, and system scalability
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
Must-Have Skills
- 4–7 years of backend/full stack experience
- Strong in Python/Django or Golang
- Experience with high-volume data systems
- Solid system design & scalable architecture knowledge
Good to Have
- Supply chain / logistics / marketplace domain
- Optimization, forecasting, or planning systems exposure
- Basic frontend (React/dashboards)
- AWS/GCP, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL
