Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and scale a next-generation OTT + social platform.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you will work closely with leadership and the engineering team to define, build, and ship features that impact real users.

You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle — from idea to execution to iteration, with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and scalability.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with leadership to define product vision, priorities, and roadmap
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Convert ideas and business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and workflows
• Create wireframes and define user journeys for TV, mobile, and web platforms
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, engineering, and business teams
• Analyze user behavior and continuously improve product experience
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive product decisions
• Focus on performance, usability, and engagement for OTT + social experiences

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar role
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle (idea → build → launch → iterate)
• Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable product requirements
• Basic understanding of APIs, system design, and engineering workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment

Good to Have

• Experience with OTT platforms, video streaming, or social media products
• Familiarity with tools like Plane, Jira, Notion, Figma
• Understanding of user engagement, retention, and growth metrics
• Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics tools
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
