We’re currently looking for a friendly, motivated, and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll become a trusted resource for our clients — helping them navigate coverage options, answering questions, and providing the personalized service that keeps clients coming back year after year.

Responsibilities Include:
- .Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant products.
- Assist clients in the claims process, offering guidance and support through every step.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to better serve
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, underwriting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using agency management systems and business software.
- Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
