Job description

We’re currently looking for a friendly, motivated, and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll become a trusted resource for our clients — helping them navigate coverage options, answering questions, and providing the personalized service that keeps clients coming back year after year.

Responsibilities Include:

.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
Review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant products.
Assist clients in the claims process, offering guidance and support through every step.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to better serve

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance account management.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, underwriting, and risk management.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable using agency management systems and business software.
Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
