IT Lead & System Admin & Network Admin

Responsibilities

• 10 to 12 years of System & Network Administration experience is required.
• Experience in monitoring & administration of Windows & Linux servers is a must. Should be able to troubleshoot issues by finding the root cause.
• Implement and maintain configuration management and system hardening controls.
• Experience in administering on-prem Network devices like Switches, Routers, and Firewalls. Requires hands‑on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting SonicWall firewalls and Aruba routers and switches (including VLANs, routing protocols, and policy management). Includes configuring VPN tunnels, etc.
• Hands‑on experience designing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), including subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), User Defined Routes (UDRs), Azure Firewall, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and managing Load Balancer solutions, including traditional on‑premises appliances/software and cloud‑native services (e.g., Azure Load Balancer, OCI Load Balancer).
• Exposure to Wireless technologies (knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions is beneficial).
• Maintain Virtual environments, including on‑premises (Hyper‑V/VMware) and cloud platforms.
• Monitor and coordinate with ISPs, hosting providers, and cloud providers regarding router/IP address/link uptime/change/upgrade and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and ensure minimum downtime of VPN (site‑to‑site, point‑to‑site, cloud), VoIP, and Internet access.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience leading a small IT team is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of FTP, TCP/IP, VOIP/SIP, LDAP, DNS, SNMP, SSL, IIS, AD, and IPSec.
• Ability to configure SMTP mail servers and MS Exchange Server.
• Strong understanding of Licensing policies of different software providers.
• Should be available 24x7 for on‑call support and any IT support work scheduled during weekends.
• Experience maintaining required documentation for compliance with standards (CMMI, ISO). Should participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with IT policy.
• Should be able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Should have experience implementing Data security controls.
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, Azure Network Engineer Associate, OCI Network Professional, SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA), Aruba Certified Switching Associate/Professional (ACSA/ACSP) or similar are a plus.
• Experience in Asset/IT Inventory Management a must.
• Hands‑on experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments is a plus.
• Good Written & Spoken Communication skills.
• Good Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
