Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods. Negotiate for services and preferential rates. Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue. Manage training and development strategies. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
