About You（求める人物像）

日本オフィスの運営を支える総務担当を募集します。

オフィスの円滑な運営を担う、幅広いバックオフィス業務をお任せします。

決まった業務をこなすだけではなく、「もっと働きやすくするには？」「このやり方の方が効率的では？」といったアイデアを活かしながら、組織づくりにも関わっていくポジションです。

本ポジションの勤務地は 日本・東京 です。

About You

As Office Manager, you will support activities for Xsolla Japan. We are looking for a trustworthy, motivated and accountable individual to support our Japan office members. When working within a team-based environment, you will have the opportunity to work with diversified team members.

You will take ownership of handling daily office works, but meanwhile ideally you contribute improving processes of daily works.

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.
