Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales). The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves actively communicating with potential clients in Hindi, conducting presentations, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Exceptional Communication skills, particularly in Hindi, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales management software is advantageous
- Prior experience in the edtech industry is a plus
- Graduate degree in any field; MBA preferred
