Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales/Business Development Executive (Immediate Joiner) based in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
