THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing programs and campaigns, supporting day-to-day marketing operations, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with approved marketing strategies and brand standards. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and digital programs. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across the marketing team to support marketing goals and ensure efficient execution. 

• Monitor campaign execution and provide status updates to the Director of Marketing. Support campaign reporting, analytics, and performance tracking while assisting with process improvements to increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, websites, campaigns, and communications. Maintain website content, approved naming conventions, links, images, and multimedia assets while coordinating with website and SEO consultants on website optimization, SEO, SEM, and landing page performance. 

• Monitor website analytics and digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yoast, and other reporting resources. Support recommendations for website improvements, SEO enhancements, and digital campaign optimization. 

• Create, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including automated journeys, event communications, and ad hoc marketing campaigns. Manage social media promotion for events, webinars, podcasts, campaigns, and company initiatives. 

• Support the coordination and execution of webinars, workshops, and digital events with vendor partners. Assist with Proof of Execution (POE) documentation and follow-up requirements for partners and internal sales teams. 

• Drive attendance and engagement for XenTegra events, vendor conferences, webinars, and other digital initiatives through recurring social media promotion and email marketing campaigns. 

• Serve as a day-to-day coordinator for digital marketing activities, vendor-related marketing initiatives, and cross-functional marketing support efforts. 

• All other duties as assigned. 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements and Skills: 

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related marketing support roles. 

• Experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, email marketing, webinars, events, and social media initiatives. 

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. 

• Experience working with digital marketing platforms and tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms. 
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and digital marketing best practices. 
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, automated journeys, and campaign reporting. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand consistency. 

• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendor partners, consultants, and sales teams. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and accountability. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting B2B technology, IT, SaaS, or managed services marketing organizations. 

• Experience supporting vendor-funded campaigns, webinars, conferences, or partner marketing initiatives. 

• Familiarity with Salesforce campaign management, reporting, and lead tracking processes and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
