Responsibilities

WSP ME team has ambitions to significantly expand our energy team. We are seeking a Proposal Writer & Graphic Designer with core expertise in areas mentioned below.

Role relating to Proposal Writer & Graphic Designer for Advisory team focused on Energy & Generation Sector.

This includes (but not limited to):

Creative Development

• Design visually compelling proposals, document covers, presentations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Translate complex technical and strategic content into clear, engaging visuals.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with engineers, proposal managers, and marketing teams to align design outputs with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms.

Leadership & Project Management

• Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly.
• Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus
• Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.

BGV:

• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
