Description :Job Title : Network Lead Administrator L3Band : B3Experience : 6-12 YearsLocation : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, CoimbatoreOpen Positions : 160+Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Network Lead Administrator (L3) to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment across Data Centre, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and Network Security environments.Key Responsibilities :- Manage and support Network Operations including troubleshooting of complex network issues- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN and Data Centre networks- Handle L3 level escalation tickets and provide root cause analysis (RCA)- Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions- Implement and support Wireless infrastructure (WLC / Access Points)- Configure and manage Network Security devices (Firewalls, Load Balancers)- Work on network automation and next-gen technologies (ACI, SDN, NSX, DNAC, SDA)- Ensure network uptime, performance, and security complianceMandatory Skills :- Strong experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco / Aruba)- Hands-on experience in SD-WAN (Cisco / VeloCloud / Versa / Fortinet / Palo Alto / HPE)- Expertise in Network Security (Palo Alto Firewall, F5 LTM/GTM)- Experience in Wireless Networking (WLC, Access Points Cisco / Aruba / Juniper)- Good knowledge of Data Centre Networking (LAN/WAN, ACI / NSX / SDN)Good to Have Skills :- Experience with Cisco ACI / VMware NSX / SDN / SDA / DNAC- Exposure to network monitoring tools and automation- Relevant certifications (CCNP / CCIE / NSE / Aruba Certified)Preferred Candidate Profile :- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills- Ability to handle high-pressure production environments- Good communication and stakeholder management- Experience in enterprise or large-scale network environmentsNote :Candidates with immediate to 30 days notice period will be preferred.Key Skills :Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Network Security, Palo Alto, F5, Wireless, Data Centre Networking (ref:hirist.tech)
