The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about people and projects. This is the right job for you if you love to geek out about process, like understanding the ins and outs of projects, and have a fluency in the way of gantt charts and spreadsheets. Do you have a proven track record of guiding teams to successful project delivery? Do you have a knack for motivating people to be their best selves? Do you love to-do lists and color-coordinated calendars?

The ideal candidate is a go-getter with high expectations for themselves and who are hungry for the next opportunity to learn and grow. They’re also looking for ways to make team operations stronger and more efficient, while keeping deadlines and the bottom line top of mind. But most of all, the ideal candidate is someone who is ready to become a Spoon - to give a damn, try anything, and enjoy the people they are working with.

This role based out of our Wpromote x Giant Spoon NYC headquarters Tuesday through Thursday each week, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $75,000 - $100,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote x Giant Spoon, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
