The Role
Wpromote is looking for an ambitious, experienced, and self-motivated Manager, Performance Creative to join our growing Performance Creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of an agency and is passionate about developing high-performing creative across a variety of digital channels alongside a collaborative and innovative team. Reporting to an Associate Director, this individual will own the development and execution of performance-driven creative across a portfolio of clients, partnering closely with Digital and Motion Designers as well as internal paid media teams.
As a Manager, Performance Creative, you will help shape creative strategy through data-informed testing, iteration, and scalable concepts designed to drive measurable growth across the funnel. This role extends beyond asset creation, requiring a strong understanding of channel dynamics, testing frameworks, and client KPIs to ensure creative performance aligns with broader business objectives.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $75,000 - $85,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

**While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!
