<p><strong>Measures of success – Strategic Impact:</strong></p>
<p><u>Audience Planning Rigor</u>: Successful use of audience planning tools (TGI, GWI, YouGov, etc.) to create actionable, insight-led targeting strategies adopted across campaigns.</p>
<p><u>New initiatives: </u>Adoption of at least 2–3 new media strategic recommendations that set benchmarks internally or within the category.</p>
<p><u>Cross-Functional Influence</u>: Strategic media thinking embedded into marketing planning processes and recognized by leadership team</p>
<p><u>Process Excellence</u>: Media planning, briefing, and evaluation processes are standardized, scalable, and adopted across teams or business units.<strong><br><br></strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities of the role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operationalized audience-first planning using tools like TGI, GWI, YouGov, Comscore, or platform-specific dashboards.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of media, audience tools & analysis across traditional & new-age platforms and ecosystems</li>
<li>Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills</li>
<li>Experience in consumer tech, FMCG or youth-driven brands is a plus</li>
<li>7-9 years of experience in media strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Experience in tools like TGI, GWI, comScore, and AOP & scenario planning</li>
<li>Strong ability to dissect complex brand, market, competitive, and internal data to build brand strategy and achieve brand goals</li>
<li><em>Experience in Media & platforms</em></li>
<li>Strong communication & presentation skills</li>
<li>Presenting a compelling strategic narrative to diverse audiences: senior leadership, client teams, and external partners.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking</li>
