Quality Assurance Analyst - Automation & Functional Tester

As a Quality Assurance Analyst in the evolving EFE, Billing and Funding, and Payment Processing teams at Globalpayments, you will play a crucial role in the continuous development of Merchant Solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Automating testing processes, creating scripts for high-level regression testing, and designing comprehensive test plans.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems, ensuring follow-up to closure.

Investigating and reporting defects/bugs discovered, following re-test after fix in Rally/Jira, and delivering regular progress/status reports as required.

Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Managing projects from start to finish, including gathering requirements, designing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Extra consideration will be given if you have:

Sound understanding and experience of Agile working practices.

A background in financial services industry practices, regulations, and processes.

Knowledge of the Generative AI Platforms (GitHbub Copilot, etc.)
