• Oversee end-to-end experience design across multiple features

• Ensure consistency and accessibility in design patterns
• Mentor junior designers through collaboration and feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience is essential
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationales
• Experience with enterprise/B2B products is desirable
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus
