Transform lives in the role of Therapist within General Psychiatry and Substance Use Service Program. Engage in holistic approaches for assessment and treatment of mental health and substance use patients. In this full-time role, you will carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and collaborate closely with patients and their families to formulate intervention strategies.
You’ll provide individual and group therapy while employing diverse therapeutic models focused on women’s health. Participate in educational initiatives and support the development of group programs within the context of addiction psychiatry. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate comprehensive assessments addressing mental health issues
- Develop intervention plans in cooperation with patients
- Implement individual and group therapy sessions
- Consult and collaborate within the interdisciplinary team
- Educate community partners through in-service training Requirements:
- Must be registered with a relevant professional college
- Master’s degree required in a related field
- 3 years of clinical experience in the field
- Familiarity with various psychotherapy approaches
