J ob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to design and build intelligent, autonomous systems that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, REST APIs, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain , LangGraph , AutoGen , or CrewAI , along with exposure to LLM integrations and RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making, reasoning, and task execution
• Implement multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns

LLM & RAG Implementation

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT or Claude using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Connect AI agents with internal tools, APIs, and vector databases

Backend & Full Stack Development

• Build scalable backend services using Python and RESTful APIs
• Develop end-to-end features across the application stack
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code using OOP principles

AI Workflow Orchestration

• Use frameworks such as LangChain , LangGraph , AutoGen , or CrewAI
• Design prompt engineering strategies and agent memory architectures

Performance Optimization & Deployment

• OptimizeAI systems for scalability, reliability, and performance
• Deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Implement logging, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents ( AgentOps )
• Continuously improve agent accuracy, response quality, and efficiency

Required Skills And Qualification

Core Technical Skills

• Strong programmingexpertiseinPython (OOPs)
• Experience buildingRESTful APIsand microservices
• Knowledge ofasynchronous programming

AI & Agentic Frameworks

• Hands-on experience with LangChain , LangGraph , AutoGen , or CrewAI
• Understanding ofLLM integrationandRAG architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent design patterns

Databases & Tools

• Experience withVector Databases(Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge ofSQL and NoSQL databases

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity withDocker and Kubernetes

Good To Have Skills

• Experience with multi-agent collaboration frameworks
• Knowledge of AI observability tools
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Angular)
