We are seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media, Marketing & eCommerce Manager to elevate our brand presence, create compelling content, and drive business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Position Summary

The Social Media, Marketing & eCommerce Manager will lead the company's digital presence through social media management, content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, website management, and eCommerce initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly creative storyteller who can capture the excitement of our events and transform it into engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

• Capture professional photography and video content at events, tastings, and company functions.
• Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing, advertising, and social media.
• Create event highlight reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and client testimonials.
• Maintain a library of branded visual assets.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Develop and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google.
• Create engaging social media campaigns, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and reach.
• Manage online reviews, comments, and customer interactions.

Marketing & Design

• Design digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, presentations, and event collateral.
• Conceptualize, create, and deliver innovative marketing and branding initiatives that enhance the company's image and market presence.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding standards.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Website & eCommerce

• Manage website content, updates, promotions, and online ordering platforms.
• Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to grow online sales and lead generation.

Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts.
• Develop marketing materials that assist with client acquisition and retention.
• Participate in marketing and sales planning meetings.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Creative mind and eye for detail.
• Strong photography and videography skills with a professional portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and Canva.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

Preferred

• Hospitality, catering, events, restaurant, or luxury brand experience.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Video animation and motion graphics experience.
• Drone photography/videography experience.
