Builder Fellowship

If you have a desire to leave your mark on the world’s first planetary nervous system, apply to our 6-month program and let us supply you with the resources you need to make generational technology happen.

You will exit:

1. With a huge portfolio of work that has quite literally touched the sky.

You will ship things on day one, and your work will have an immediate and trackable impact.

2. With a clear thesis of what work exists and what work you enjoy.

You will have rotated around the innards of our rapidly growing startup, solving different scopes of problems with different types of execution.

3. With well-calibrated intuitions and strong decision-making skills.

You will act with high amounts of agency and rarely ask for permission.

You are a multidisciplinary builder who:

1. Will do anything and everything to turn ideas into reality.

2. Has a bias towards action and ships on Day 1.

3. Is not precious about ideas, but has a lot of them.

4. Is willing to talk to people, draw out designs, and push code.

Logistics

1. Start dates are flexible and occur on a rolling basis throughout the year.

2. This is a paid opportunity.

3. The program is 6 months long.

4. You will be expected to come in 5 days a week, in-person in Redwood City.

5. For those who perform well, we extend full-time offers to join WindBorne immediately upon completion of the fellowship.

6. WindBorne will provide immigration and sponsorship support based on an individual’s unique circumstances.

2. With real work experience and well-calibrated intuitions and taste

3. Having gotten experience with a wide variety of work. Different scopes of problems and also different types of execution. You will have a clear thesis of what work exists and what you enjoy.

4. A huge portfolio of work. You will ship things on day one, and your work will have clear, immediate, and trackable impact.
