We partner with mortgage professionals across the country to provide best-in-class processing support, operational excellence, and a better experience for both loan officers and borrowers.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to join our growing team and help manage the financial operations that support our business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, improving systems, and being the person others can rely on to keep the numbers accurate.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and internal accounting summaries
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Review transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Assist with payroll-related accounting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reporting processes
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
What Makes You Stand Out
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage deadlines in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is a plus
