Key Responsibilities:

  • Support account and device management for users
  • Maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems and printers
  • Document support interactions in the ticketing system
  • Oversee quality review of escalated tickets
  • Develop internal IT documentation for users

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Canadian Adult Education Credential
  • 3 years’ experience with Microsoft operating systems
  • College diploma in computer science is preferred
  • Familiarity with networking and Microsoft Active Directory
  • Strong analytical and verbal communication skills
