Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Post Producer to oversee the entire post-production process. The ideal candidate will manage editing, sound design, and VFX workflows while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management:

Supervise video editors, audio engineers, and VFX teams to ensure a seamless and efficient post-production pipeline.

Budgeting & Scheduling:

Plan and manage post-production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while tracking project milestones.

Quality Control:

Ensure all deliverables meet creative and technical standards; review edits, sound mixes, and visual effects before final delivery.

Client Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, production teams, and post-production teams to align on creative direction and feedback.

Creative Oversight:

Provide inputs on storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics, and overall content quality to enhance the final output.

Deliverables Management:

Ensure timely delivery of final assets in required formats across platforms (digital, social media, broadcast, etc.).

Requirements

5+ years of experience in post-production, preferably in media, advertising, or digital content.

Strong understanding of editing, sound design, color grading, and VFX workflows.

Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and client-handling abilities.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in agencies, production houses, or content studios.

Knowledge of motion graphics and storytelling techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
