Account Executive - Marketing Agency

About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who can be the bridge between ideas and execution. Someone who understands client expectations, keeps projects moving, and ensures that creative work lands exactly how it should—on time, on brief, and on point.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong, trust-based relationships and understand client business goals
• Manage day-to-day communication (calls, emails, meetings)

2. Project Coordination

• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
• Work closely with creative, content, influencer, and production teams
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met

3. Campaign Execution

• Oversee execution of campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and video formats
• Track progress and ensure alignment with strategy and brand guidelines
• Coordinate shoots, influencer collaborations, and content delivery

4. Problem Solving

• Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions
• Handle client feedback and revisions smoothly
• Keep all stakeholders aligned, even under tight timelines

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting
• Share insights and recommendations with clients
• Support in preparing presentations and reviews

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content formats
• High ownership and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
