Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee and participate in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and report operational issues or discrepancies to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
