Our client, a cutting-edge digital product development studio, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote creative team. This role is integral to shaping intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences for a diverse portfolio of web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into exceptional digital interfaces, all from the convenience of your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for digital products, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI design. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and needs. Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and product strategy. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation of designs. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input. Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies. Present design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design best practices. Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design decisions. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact UI design. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating remotely. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fully remote setting. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a strong sense of empathy for users. Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
