Senior UX/UI Designer - Interactive Experiences

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at our client, an award-winning digital studio, you will be crafting exceptional interactive experiences for a global audience. This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Your responsibilities will include the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design. Your goal will be to ensure intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to define user journeys, design user flows, and create compelling visual designs that align with brand identity and project goals.
• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant, functional solutions across various platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision is essential.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is highly desirable.

You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to effectively articulate design decisions and work within a remote, cross-functional team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, is preferred.
