A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Multiple years of experience in a senior technical support or systems administration role are essential. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your workload effectively in a remote setting.
