Senior Technical Support Engineer - Remote

You will act as a key escalation point for junior support staff, providing guidance and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support, a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and network protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical users are paramount. You will contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and best practices. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve software defects. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Multiple years of experience in a senior technical support or systems administration role are essential. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your workload effectively in a remote setting.
