Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Remote)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing inventory levels, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role involves extensive data analysis, forecasting, and the development of strategic recommendations to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and sales, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices to enhance supply chain operations. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance and recommendations. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level agreements are met. Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Support ad-hoc analytical projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a similar role. Proven experience with supply chain planning software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques. Experience in a remote-first work environment is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Expertise in forecasting models and inventory management techniques.
