Senior Renewable Energy Engineer

Our client, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Renewable Energy Engineer to join their dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana . This role is pivotal in the planning, design, development, and execution of renewable energy projects, such as solar, wind, and biomass. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in energy systems, project management, and a deep understanding of sustainable energy technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and engineering of renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses for new renewable energy projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the successful execution of renewable energy installations. Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy equipment and infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and construction teams, to ensure project success. Perform performance monitoring, data analysis, and troubleshooting for existing renewable energy assets. Stay current with advancements in renewable energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality benchmarks. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle of the project. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on design, engineering, and project management. Proven expertise in solar PV, wind energy, or other relevant renewable technologies. Strong understanding of energy systems, power electronics, and grid integration. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
