Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate sector. Develop detailed financial models for property acquisitions, developments, and asset management, including DCF, LTV, and IRR analysis. Perform thorough due diligence on potential investments, including property inspections, lease reviews, and financial statement analysis. Prepare investment committee memos and presentations outlining recommendations and supporting data. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio assets, providing regular reports on key metrics. Collaborate with internal teams (acquisitions, asset management, development) and external stakeholders (brokers, lenders, appraisers). Evaluate property valuations and provide insights into market comparable. Assist in the negotiation of purchase agreements and joint venture terms. Stay abreast of economic indicators, demographic shifts, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts. Identify strategies for maximizing asset value and returns. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or MS in Real Estate) is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate-specific software (e.g., ARGUS Enterprise). Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and capital markets. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
