We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Non-Profit Program Manager to lead impactful initiatives for a leading charitable organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management) or equivalent experience, with a demonstrated track record in program management within the non-profit sector. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent communication, fundraising, and grant-writing abilities are highly desirable.
