Senior Non-Profit Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Non-Profit Program Manager to lead impactful initiatives for a leading charitable organization. Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals. Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring accountability and optimal utilization. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, community partners, donors, and volunteers. Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to measure impact and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed program reports, proposals, and presentations for the board, funders, and other stakeholders. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven team environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, funding requirements, and organizational policies. Identify opportunities for program expansion, innovation, and sustainability. Stay informed about relevant social issues, sector trends, and best practices in non-profit management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management) or equivalent experience, with a demonstrated track record in program management within the non-profit sector. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent communication, fundraising, and grant-writing abilities are highly desirable.
