Our client, a prominent player in the mining industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mining Engineer to oversee operational efficiency and safety at their mine site in Indore, Madhya Pradesh . As a Senior Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of underground or surface mining operations. Your duties will include optimizing extraction methods, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing mining equipment, and supervising a team of mining professionals. You will leverage your expertise in mine planning software, geological data analysis, and operational management to enhance productivity and minimize risks.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed mine plans, production schedules, and operational strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a closely related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior engineering role.
