Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, aromatherapy, and hot stone, with expert precision. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, identify contraindications, and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques. Maintain a tranquil and hygienic treatment environment, adhering to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols. Manage client appointments and ensure efficient scheduling to maximize service delivery. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client care at all times. Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices. Stay current with the latest advancements in massage therapy and wellness treatments. Contribute to the spa's reputation for excellence through outstanding service and results. Administer spa services in compliance with all established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Certification from an accredited massage therapy school. Valid license or registration as required by local regulations. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing massage therapist, preferably in a high-end spa or clinical setting. Proficiency in a wide range of massage techniques and bodywork modalities. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform manual therapy services.
