This pivotal role focuses on optimizing and streamlining manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all production lines. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and developing robust solutions using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating new manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and production targets. This includes developing process documentation, work instructions, and training programs for production staff. You will collaborate closely with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes. Troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions will be a significant part of your role. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
